INFRARED SAUNA

Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat the surface of our skin, unlike traditional saunas which heat the air around us.

As a result, the temperature is lower and much more tolerable allowing people to stay in the sauna for longer and maximise the associated health benefits.

Ice baths are a world renound tool used by athletes to aid in the recovery process. Aside from the brilliant anti-inflammatory and pain reduction qualities of the ice bath further research has linked regular ice baths with strengthening of the immune system, improving circulation and even having potent effects on our mental health. Some studies have suggested their treatment in anxiety and depression and regular ice baths have been shown to reduce levels of cortisol in the body.
